On a weekly basis, we are contracted by various Stonegate pubs sites to aid in increasing drinks sales for some of their 700 sites.
Over the course of a year, we have enabled additional revenue of anywhere from £25,000-£100,000+ for each individual site to be achieved (*variation depends on the venue size and location).
Each site usually has between one to three Phoenix Up-selling Drinks waitresses at an event, creating impeccable customer service and entertainment.
